Clay Zapalac is a Houston based artist who received his Bachelors of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the University of Houston. He works through endurance and ritual to evoke questions of both the political and personal positions in society. Clay’s use of the familiar and visceral, is access point to getting a deeper understanding and questioning of the human condition.
